How can I place an order?

You are able to place an order via our website, over the phone or via emailing [email protected]

How long will it take to deliver my order?

We offer a few choices for delivery, but standard delivery is 48hours if artwork is received by 10am. We are also able to offer same day and next day delivery so please contact us if you require this service.

How can I send you my files?

Once placing your order through our website, you can upload your artwork for each order. We can also accept files via email, yousendit.com or dropbox.com

Can you design my artwork?

Yes we can definitely help you, we charge an hourly rate of £35 per hour plus VAT. Please email us [email protected] if you wish us to design your artwork.

What do I do if I am not happy with my order?

We Print Group is committed to quality assurance. If you are not happy with the quality of your print order and we are at fault then we will offer to re-print at no extra charge. If you are still unhappy and return the products to us we will refund you the entire amount.

I require a different stock or finish to what you offer on your website, is this possible?

Yes. Please email us at [email protected] and we will quote you a price.

I cant find what i'm looking for on your website would you still be able to help me?

We Print Group strives to be your one stop shop for all your printing requirements. We like to work by a moto of "if it can be printed on then we can print it". Unfortunately it takes time to upload all our products and prices to the website, so if there is something you require printing and cant find it on our website please feel free to email us at [email protected] and we will give you a price.

Are you a Digital Printer or Litho Printer?

Good question, were both! We Print Group offers Design, Digital Printing, Litho Printing Services and Finishing, all under one roof!

I have been quoted a lot more by a local printer, how are you able to offer your prices so cheaply?

Simple. We advance purchase our paper and supplies so that we can pass on those discounts to you, the customer.

Also the longer you are willing to wait the cheaper a print job can become, this is due to production times.

We also on occasions use the Batching and Gang Printing method. This means we sometimes run your job with others. By using this method, we print all standard business cards, leaflets, flyers on a large sheet. This reduces the costs of making plates and various other setup costs involved in the printing process.

All your jobs are also completed under one roof.

I've found a printer who will offer me printing cheaper than you?

We like to pride ourselves on offering competitive rates to our customers, however if on the rare occasion you find that you can get printing done cheaper elsewhere please provide us with the quote and we'll match it PLUS offer an extra 10% off the order. Ultimately we love printing and we love keeping our customers happy.
